How do I order a necklace?
On the first business day of each month at 6:00 pm central time, our necklace ordering page will become available. You will have the opportunity to order up to 3 necklaces, while spots last.
Why is there a 3 necklace limit?
In order to better serve our customers, there will be a limited number of "necklace spots" open each month. Once these spots are full, the necklace ordering page will become unavailable. We kindly ask that you limit your purchase to 3 necklaces to give everyone who would like to order a necklace a chance.
If you order more than 3 necklaces at a time, your order will be canceled. If you place multiple orders adding up to more than 3 necklaces, your additional orders will be canceled.
We want everyone to have a chance, and appreciate your patience and understanding.
What happens if necklaces are sold out before I'm able to purchase one?
You will have another opportunity to purchase a necklace on the first business day of the next month. We may also have a very limited number of pre-made, one-of-a-kind necklaces available on our website as ready-to-ship options, but availability will vary and is not guaranteed. Join The Nest Facebook group to get the inside scoop about these limited edition pieces.
How long will it take to receive my necklace order?
At this time, we're opening up necklace orders on a monthly basis. That means your necklaces will ship between 1-5 weeks after ordering. Within a few days of placing your order, we'll email you with your scheduled ship date. We will create and ship necklace orders in the same order they were placed. If you need your necklaces on the quicker side, we recommend placing your necklace order as soon as the page becomes available at 6:00 pm central time on the first business day of each month.
Can I pay extra to have my necklace order rushed?
We're sorry, but we're not currently accepting rush orders.
What about custom necklaces?
Custom necklace spots will be available alongside made-to-order spots, available at 6:00 pm central time on the first business day of every month.
